GOLFZON Terms & Conditions

GOLFZON Membership Plans, Products and Services:

a. GOLFZON DOLLAR rewarded through purchasing of membership plans (including renewals and account recharges) and through the referral bonus scheme is not a circulation currency. It is only valid for exchange of our services and products. It cannot be converted into cash, resold, or transferred to other membership accounts.
b. When members used up all GOLFZON DOLLAR in their account, their corresponding GOLFZON membership account is no longer considered valid.

GOLFZON Driving Range (Lobby):

a. For safety reason, the maximum capacity for each bay in GOLFZON Driving Range is 1 person,  unless under coach supervision during private or group coaching lessons.
b. The minimum reservation time for each driving range is 1 hour and topped-up reservation by every 30-minutes.
c. The maximum reservation time for each driving range is 2 hours. Each membership account can only make advance bookings for a maximum of 2 Driving Ranges at the same time. 
d. Members who are left-handed players are entitled to free upgraded to private room from driving range while advance booking is required. In this case, the maximum capacity per room should be limited to 1 person only and must be playing left-handed, members shall be charged in full fare for failure to comply with the requirements.

Private Room (9/18-hole indoor golf course or driving range mode):

a. The minimum reservation time for Private Room is 1 hour and topped-up reservation by every 30-minutes.
b. Left-handed players must inform our staff when making advance booking in order to arrange the corresponding room.
c. Each membership account can only make advance bookings for a maximum of 4 hours per room. Members who would like to reserve the venue for events or parties, please inform our staff at the earliest possible to make arrangement accordingly.

Private/Group Coaching Class:

a. Phone reservation shall be made by at least 5 days before the scheduled coaching class in order to confirm with the coaches.
b. Please be punctual on coaching class. Members late or absent from coaching class will have no compensation.

Priority Booking:

FIRST CLASS / ROYALTY DIAMOND Members - 15 days

STUDENT / BUSINESS CLASS Members - 10 days

EC CARD Holders - 3 days

Notes for GR Members (if applicable):

a. GR Members are entitled 2-hours free GOLFZON Driving Range (lobby) service each day. The entitled free service cannot be accumulated.
b. GR membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
c. GR membership benefits are not applicable at Admiralty Branch (Hong Thai Golf Centre)
d. Standard rate shall be charged for the use of golf facilities and services (Driving Range and Private Room) at Admiralty Branch (Hong Thai Golf Centre).

Notes for Claiming / Returning Driving Ranges and Private Rooms:

a. To ensure sufficient time for cleaning, the starting time of each booking session is either at :05 or :35.   (i.e.  for reservation made at  14:00, members may claim the driving range/room  at 14:05;  for reservation made  at 14:30, members may claim the driving range/room at 14:35).
b. Please be punctual on every booking sessions. Members late for the booking will have no compensation.
c. Each booking session will only be reserved for 15 minutes for members to claim the driving range or room from their scheduled booking. After the 15-minute grace period, the booking shall lapse and reallocate to members who are on the waiting list.
d. Members should return private rooms and driving ranges  on time. All overtimes will be charged at the standard rate in 30-minutes increments.

Notes for Reservations:

a. Each membership account can reserve 2 driving ranges/ 1 private room & 1 driving range/ 2 private room (with a minimum of 6 persons) at the same time.
b. New reservations can only be made after current reservations are completed or cancelled.

Amendment and Cancellation of Reservations:

a. For any changes or cancellation, please make the request at least 3 hours (within Centre working hours) prior reservation time through the hotline or online booking system.
b. For any changes or cancellation, please contact the designated branch where you made the reservation.
c. Any changes or cancellation of coaching classes must be made at least 2 days in advance. Last minute notice or cancellation will be considered as a forfeit class.

No-show charge and related arrangements:

a. [GOLFZON Driving Range & Private Room] No-show charge will be applied if member does not show-up or forfeit their booking 15 minutes after their scheduled booking session.  No-show charge will be deducted from the member’s account at the standard rate of Green Fee, booking less than 1-hour still count as 1-hour.
b. [Private/Group Coaching Class] No-show on coaching class will be considered as a forfeited lesson. The reserved Driving Range and Private Room will be charged at the standard rate.
c. Member’s account will be temporarily suspended, until No-show payment is made.
d. Member who has accumulated 3 times No-Show will be barred from making any reservation for 15 days.

Notes for Supplementary Card Holders (if applicable):

a. All family cards or supplementary cards are under the same main card account.
b. Main card holder reserves the priority of booking and promotional activities.

Monthly Management Fee (if applicable):

- Main cards: $120 per month

- Supplementary cards: $60 per month (per card)

a. Monthly management fee will be deducted automatically from member’s account (by GOLFZON DOLLAR) every first working day of the month.
b. Membership account will be temporarily suspended if the balance of GOLFZON DOLLAR is insufficient to pay off the monthly management fee.
c. Member must pay all overdue fees to reactive the account.

Notes for Golf Club Storage Service (if applicable):

a. Members are responsible for their own golf clubs and equipments stored at the Centre. Members are required to verify and count all the golf clubs and equipments before storage, ensure all the golf clubs and equipments are well protected and store inside the golf bag properly.  Members should maintain the golf bag in a clean and tidy condition whatever they collect or return the  golf bag for the Centre storage, the Centre reserves the right to refuse member storage request if members’ golf clubs and equipment were not in a good condition.
b. The Centre is not responsible for any loss or damage of golf bags, golf clubs, equipment stored at our Centre.
c. For security reason, the Centre reserves the right to inspect all stored golf bags, golf clubs and equipments stored at our Centre without prior notification. Any illegal substance found in members’ stored items in breach of HKSAR law will be reported to Hong Kong Police.
d. Members’ stored items will be kept at the Centre for a maximum of 90 days after the storage period is expired, overdue storage fee shall be charged at HK$200 per month (Partial month will be charged as 1 month).
e. The Centre reserves the right to dispose any items which kept at our Centre within 3 months after the storage period is expired, the Centre will hold no legal responsibility for disposing any of the items.
f. Members must pay all overdue fees before retrieve the storage.

Notes for Admiralty Branch (Hong Thai Golf Centre):

a. Green Fees charged on a hourly rate only.

Bad Weather Arrangements:

Under Rainstorm Warning (Amber and Red)/ Typhoon Signal No.3 or below, all facilities will operate as usual.

Operation hours during Black rainstorm/Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above are subject to change, please pay attention to the latest news released on our website and social media platforms.

Adjustment of Rates and Policies:

a. The Centre reserves the right to adjust prices and rates in correlation of sales, market factors, operation costs and operating conditions yearly. The cap of adjustment will be limited to 10% and at least 60 days’ prior notice.
b. Yearly adjustments will be carried out in the fourth quarter of the calendar year.
c. Price adjustments will only be made to items on (STANDARD RATE CARD). Membership (GREEN FEE DISCOUNT) will not be affected.

Refund Policy:

7 days refund guarantee
a. Applicable to the first time purchase of BUSINESS CLASS (BC) and FIRST CLASS (FC) membership, members may apply for an unconditional refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
b. No refund application will be accepted after the 7 days refund guarantee period.

Notes & Precautions:
a. Membership accounts will be suspended immediately after refund applications are submitted, all purchased products/services may not be accessed.
b. All issued membership cards should be returned.
c. All used services, including free gifts (if applicable), will be charged full price and deducted from the refund amount.
d. Gifts and coupons (if applicable) shall be returned upon submitting the refund application. Defected, unsealed, used or destroyed gifts and coupons will be charged full price and deducted from the refund amount.
e. Administrative fee of HK$700 & membership card fee of HK$200 per card will be deducted from the refund amount automatically.
f. The refund application must be applied by membership account holder  (main card).  Overdue accounts will not be accepted.

Application process and processing time:
a. Applicants must be account holder, otherwise application is not accepted.
b. Applicants must complete the refund application form and apply in person at any GOLFZON HK branch with correlated proof (if applicable).
c. After Submitting the application form and correlated proof (if applicable) does not mean the application is approved until GOLFZON HK has reviewed, verified and confirmed the application.
d. The applied refund amount is not necessarily the final refund amount, but subject to GOLFZON HK’s final calculation.
e. If the refund application is approved, the refund amount will be issued by cheque within 30 days. Applicants must collect the cheque at a GOLFZON branch in person.

Non-refundable items:
a. EC Card
b. Deposit for events, venues booking, parties or competitions.
c. All Gift certificates.
d. Consignment goods.

Temporary Suspending and Extending Membership Application:

a. If member due to physical or mental health problems or other special reasons which made, he/she unable to enjoy our centre facilities, members may apply for a one-time temporary suspension of membership account and coaching lesson for a maximum of 6 months.
b. Applicants must complete the application form and apply in person at any GOLFZON HK branch with correlated proof.
c. After Submitting the application form and correlated proof (if applicable) does not mean the application is approved until GOLFZON HK has reviewed, verified and confirmed the application.
d. The applied extension time is not necessarily the actual extended period. The actual extended time will be finalised in written form.
e. The application process may takes 14 working days for approval.
f. If the application is approved, administration fee of HK$500 is required, otherwise the application will be considered invalid.
g. The application must be applied by membership account holder (main card).  Overdue accounts will not be accepted.

Notes of redeem Coupons / Gift Vouchers / Redemption Vouchers:

a. Vouchers and coupons must be presented to the reception for verification before redeeming. Used vouchers and coupons will be collected.
b. Vouchers and coupons do not hold any cash value and are non-refundable or exchangeable for other gifts or services.

Venue Rules and Regulations:

a. Members, Supplementary Cardholders and their guests must observe the Laws of Hong Kong and all the Rules of the Club at all times while they are within the premises of the Club.
b. Members and Supplementary Cardholders must present their Membership Cards upon entering any Members’ Facilities, or when attending Members’ programmes or events.
c. Members and Supplementary Cardholders should not leave their guests (including immediate family members without supplementary cards) or children under the age of 12 unaccompanied at any Members' Facilities, and they are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
d. Members shall ensure that when using any facility, Supplementary Cardholders and their guests must observe the users’ etiquette for such facility as set out in the Directory and other conditions or points to note as posted in the relevant facility.
e. Member must accompany their guests while using club facilities.
f. All electronic communication devices including mobile phones must be set to silent or vibration mode at all times in any Members’ Facilities, must not emit any sound or noise and cause any disturbance to other users.
g. No person may take any photograph, video or audio recordings within the confines of any changing room.
h. Members, Supplementary Cardholders and their guests should respect the privacy of other persons on the Club’s premises, and no photographs, videos or audio recordings of other persons may be taken on the Club’s premises without their consent.
i. The Club reserves the right to refuse the entry of Members, Supplementary Cardholders or their guests who are in non-sports clothing.
j. No self-brought food is allowed at any Members’ Facilities without prior approval from the Club.
k. Members, Supplementary Cardholders and their guests should maintain courtesy towards other users and Club's staff, take care of the facilities and properties, and respect others’ equal right to enjoy the facilities.
l. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes, shisha and cigars) is not permitted.
m. No pets are allowed on any of the premises
n. Guide dogs for the visually-impaired are allowed on the premises of the Club, provided that prior notification of the intended visit is given to the Club so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
o. Except with the prior written approval of the Club, no Member or Supplementary Cardholder shall conduct any commercial, political, religious or fundraising activity on the premises of the Club.
p. No fees shall be charged to a Member or a Supplementary Cardholder for admission to any function held on any premises of the Club. Commercial promotion or publicity of a private function is prohibited.
q. Members, Supplementary Cardholders and their guests entering the premises of the Club, using any facility of the Club or participating in any activity organised by the Club do so at their own risk. The Club does not accept any liability or responsibility for any death or bodily injury howsoever sustained by any Member, Supplementary Cardholders or their guests, unless and to the extent it is established that such death or injury is caused by the negligence of the Club or its staff.
r. Any property brought onto the premises of the Club by Members, Supplementary Cardholders or their guests shall remain at all times the entire risk of the individual. The Club shall be under no liability or responsibility for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to such property, notwithstanding that such property shall have been entrusted to any Club’s staff or placed in any locker provided by the Club.
s. Members shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused by them, their Supplementary Cardholders or their guests to any facility or property of the Club or to the property of any third party, as well as any death or personal injury caused by them, their Supplementary Cardholders or their guests to other individuals in the premises of the Club. In case of any loss or damage to the facilities or property of the Club, the Club shall be entitled to charge such costs of replacement or repair to the account of the Member.
t. Members shall indemnify the Club against all liability for or in respect of any injury to or death of any person or any loss or damage to property arising out of or in connection with any acts or omissions of the Member or or his Supplementary Cardholders or their guests.
u. Members or Supplementary Cardholders who has grounds for complaint against other user of a facility or Club's staff or who wish to suggest improvements shall refer the matter in writing to the Manager to the relevant facility. Direct confrontation with other users should be avoided and in no circumstances should any Member, Supplementary Cardholder or their guests subject another user of the facility or Club's staff to abuse or otherwise behave in a manner that is abusive, intimidating, offensive or inappropriate.
v. Club staff are instructed to report infringement of any Rules of the Club to the relevant Facility Manager. The Facility Manager or his delegate shall have the power to request any person to leave the relevant Facility if his conduct in the opinion of the Manager or his delegate causes disturbance to other users of the Facility.
w. If any Supplementary Cardholder or other permitted user is in violation of the Rules of the Club, his right to use Members' Facilities may be suspended or revoked.
x. The main Member is responsible for the actions of his Supplementary Cardholders and guests and may be subject to be held responsible for misconduct committed by the persons using the Members' Facilities on his account.

Others:

GOLFZON Members and EC Card holders are bound by GOLFZON terms and conditions. GreenLive Enterprises Ltd. and Hong Thai Golf Centre Ltd. reserve the right to change and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In case of any dispute, the decision of GreenLive Enterprises Ltd. and Hong Thai Golf Centre Ltd. shall be final.
