GOLFZON HK 10th Anniversary Member Spending – Claw & Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional period runs from October 1 to December 31, 2024.
2. How to receive claw machine tokens: 
   • For a single receipt spending a certain amount of GOLFZON DOLLAR, tokens will be awarded as follows:
   • Spend between GOLFZON DOLLAR $450 – $899 to receive 1 token;
   • Spend between GOLFZON DOLLAR $900 – HK$1,349 to receive 2 tokens;
   • Spend between GOLFZON DOLLAR $1,350 – HK$1,799 to receive 3 tokens;
   • Spend HK$1,800 or more to receive 4 tokens. 
   • A single receipt spending of $1,800 GOLFZON DOLLAR or more will entitle members to a maximum of 4 tokens.
3. Each token allows one attempt at the claw machine game set up in-store.
4. All plush toys and prizes in the claw machine are provided randomly, and the variety and quantity may change at any time.
5. The actual color and style of the prizes may differ from the images displayed. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Once a plush toy is successfully retrieved, please take care of the prize, as it cannot be exchanged or returned after collection.
7. Lost tokens will not be reissued.
8. GreenLive Enterprises Ltd. and Hong Thai Golf Centre Ltd. reserve the right to the final interpretation of the terms and conditions of the “GOLFZON 10th Anniversary Member Spending Claw Machine Promotion” and retain the final decision on any disputes or related matters.

GOLFZON “Claw & Win” Operation Instructions

Operating Procedure:

• Read the operation instructions on the machine to understand the basic usage.
• Insert the required amount of money.
• Use the joystick or buttons to move the claw and aim for the desired plush toy.
• Once positioned, press the grab button and wait for the claw to descend and attempt to pick up the toy.

GOLFZON HK Cash Voucher Terms and Conditions

This voucher can only be used for Private Rooms, the GOLFZON Driving Range (GDR), Party Packages, and selected drink purchases.

1. This voucher is not applicable during special session periods, nor can it be used for Service Packages or Practice Packages.  
2. The voucher holder must have a valid GOLFZON membership, and the information must match that on the voucher; otherwise, the voucher is not redeemable.  
3. The Club reserves the right to verify the member’s information if necessary.  
4. The voucher will be invalid if expired, damaged, or altered.  
5. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or converted to gifts.  
6. The voucher must bear the GOLFZON Company Chop, and photocopies of this voucher are invalid.  
7. This voucher will be confiscated upon use.
